EcoCampus.ai is a solution for capturing and analysing your campus data to simplify the ability to unlock cost and carbon savings. By integrating our system with your estate and providing your occupants with access to our mobile app, we capture real-world utilisation and consumption data, helping you to identify potential cost savings.

How is EcoCampus.ai priced?

Our pricing is flexible and tailored to your specific needs and we strive to provide the most cost-effective solution for you. Typically, we provide our end-to-end solution on a “input” basis i.e. the cost to consume data from a sensor or integration (like a Building Management System, for example).

How do I get my data in there and is it safe?

We've built pre-configured integrations to most of the source platforms you'll likely need. If not, we can help to build one. There are standard processes for onboarding new clients, and we use best practices to ingest data. Having been through the onboarding process with a number of educational establishments, we’re familiar with the security and policy requirements and are here to help.

Should I be worried about security and data privacy?

Security and privacy are paramount to us. Our solution is built with inherent security from the ground up; all data is encrypted both at rest and in-transmission, and we only collect information that is absolutely necessary. We're Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified. We continually monitor and improve our system to ensure your data's safety. Oh and we're fully compliant with regulatory obligations, including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Am I using the same shared platform as everyone else?

While there are shared components in our solution, each customer has a separate logical database for their information. We've designed our solution with security as a priority, and we do not allow cross-database queries to protect against data cross-contamination.

How long does it take to get us onboarded?

For our most common modules/use-cases, you can be operational within an hour. The more complex the requirements, the longer it will take, but we've built standard processes for common use-cases across various industry sectors to ensure a quick start.

Can you help us identify how to make best use of the solution?

Absolutely! While we've designed EcoCampus.ai to be user-friendly, we're more than happy to provide additional help or support where needed.

I need a specific integration or workflow - how do I do that?

We can provide documentation to help you build your own integration using our standard API. If we don't have a specific integration on our roadmap, we can build it for you. While we strive to do this for free, complex real-time integrations may require a mini-project to understand your needs, potentially incurring some costs.
